There is a definite process for achieving your dreams! It's not easy to come by, and it takes some work. However , once you master it, you WILL find doors opening that you didn't know existed. Mark Hatfield developed his 'Game Plan for Success' while striving to live his dream and be the first person in the history of his university to make it to the NFL. After playing with the Miami Dolphins, the Houston Oilers, and the BC Lions he used his 'Game Plan' process to live his dream of hosting his own TV show, starring on the Comedy Network and motivating others to achieve their full potential.

Rhonda Scharf is a Professional Speaker, Trainer and Author, based in Ottawa . She has spoken to tens of thousands of people in 7 different countries with her humourous and approachable style. Rhonda was the 2004 National President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) and is also a member of the International Speakers Association as well as named in the 2011 edition of "Who's Who in Professional Speaking".
Rhonda has also earned her CSP designation which is "Certified Speaking Professional". It is the highest speaking designation in the world that can be earned.

Chief John S. Gardiner began his policing career with the Gloucester Police Service in September of 1978. Having completed over thirty-two years of policing and since the Ottawa Police amalgamation in 1995, he has held posts of increasing responsibility. Prior to his appointment as Chief of Police he was with the Ottawa Police Service in the Emergency Operations Directorate. During his policing career he has served in Patrol, Criminal Investigations and Operational Support. Chief Gardiner has extensive experience in Criminal Investigation, Incident Command, Crisis Negotiation and Emergency Preparedness. Chief Gardiner is a well-known leader in the Police Community. He is an experienced public speaker, police educator and he has extensive experience with financial management as well as community and media relations.

She also has knowledge and experience developing marketing and communication strategies, writing content, and creating and implementing online surveys, Cyndy is also a Facilitator of Personality Dimensions, UofTalent, Social Media for business, and BXY Creative Bridge Workshops, and is currently serving as the Manager of Marketing and Communications at the Brockville and Area YMCA.
She has a strong conviction towards helping educate business owners of their options, bridging traditional advertising choices with new media options. David Dargie has been an "everyday philanthropist" for as long as he can remember. Trained as a secondary school teacher, David taught English and Physical Education for 12 years before becoming a Vice Principal and Principal for the last 21 years of his career as an educator.
After "retiring" in February, 2000 David has spent the past 11 years working in various roles, volunteering in the Brockville and area community, and building up his own consulting firm - "Winning Edge Technologies".
